The other night, I was laying restlessly in bed trying to force myself to go to sleep because I had to wake up early in the morning when I noticed something. If you didn't already know, I have fairy lights that hang around the top of my room. One light stood out to me because it was brighter than all the other lights around it. For some reason, this reminded me of people. Everyone nowadays dreses the same, acts the same and likes the same things - this represents the other 149 lights in my room. But YOU could be that one light that just shines a little brighter than the rest and stands out. You could wear something that YOU want to wear, not what the rest of the world says you should, or you could like a band that nobody else has heard of rather than liking the common white girl bands. I don't know why, but that one light has just been stuck in my mind for weeks and I really wanted to write a little post about it because I personally thought that it was just so inspiring.
